One of my favourite features here on the website is One Minute Meditations.

DSC_0053This particular One Minute Meditation is designed to help you access the beautiful magic of your own big heart.Gone is your ability to use, “I don’t have time” as an excuse not to meditate.

Introducing One Minute Meditations!

(Please note that the meditations are very rarely exactly sixty seconds, but will vary between one and five minutes).

 

If you need a little break to tune in with your intrinsic, interconnected magic, this is the fix for you.
